Keep on running

I’m still training for the Royal Parks Half Marathon, and still fundraising for Epilepsy Action while I do so.

Here’s the training schedule I’m doing for the half. The red text indicates what I’ve completed so far. I’ve only had to miss one day due to illness (Wednesday last week; I ran an extra mile on the Thursday to make up for it).
