Run to the hills

It’s not a new year’s resolution per se, but I’m trying to get back into my running. It dropped off miserably last autumn. But I’m banishing laziness, and ignoring the aches and pains of the early stages of unfitness. I did 5km Monday night, will do at least the same tonight, and should be back up to 10km in a week or so.

Running in cold weather (for the UK, i.e. around 0°C) is nice, as I don’t sweat as much.
